Documents required for Transfer of the lease hold property of IDCO arising out of death of the allottee

1	Affidavit of all the legal heirs/successors confirming transfer of ownership of the lease hold property in favour of the successor(s)
2	Copy of valid PRC/ PMT or EM Part-I/ Part -II from DIC.
3	Death certificate in case of death
4	NOC from financial institution, if mortgage permission was issued earlier
5	Succession Certificate i.e., Letter of Administration as required U/s - 218 by Applying the competent court U/s - 264 of Indian Succession Act, 1925
